Terms of Use
These terms govern xxeclub.com and the GUISHI / XXECLUB community, licenses and services we operate on Discord. By using the site or the community, or by ordering a license, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
We provide software tools and licenses, community access, documentation, support and related digital services. The offer shown before an order states the product, duration, device limits and delivery method for that order.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement.
- Use the products only on devices and accounts you are authorized to use and where applicable law and third-party rules permit it.
- Keep your account credentials and license keys private. Do not redistribute protected downloads, share or resell licenses without permission, impersonate other members, or interfere with access controls.
- Discord’s own rules apply to participation in our community.
3. Licenses and orders
A license is personal to the account and device limits stated in its offer. A fixed-period license ends at the recorded expiry. Keep the order confirmation reference.
Pay using the method, amount, address and network displayed for your order. Check that a time-limited invoice is still valid before sending payment. Crypto payments are irreversible once sent; card payments are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. Payment confirmation and license delivery are separate steps: the service checks payment before releasing access. If you paid and access is missing, contact support with the invoice and transaction references.
4. Prices and free licenses
Prices are shown privately in the order ticket before payment. The one-day free license is offered to eligible community members; it is limited to one per account and is subject to a 24-hour cooldown and available stock. The free license is a 24-hour license and does not create an ongoing entitlement.
5. Availability and changes
Maintenance, third-party changes and game updates can affect availability or compatibility. Check the published requirements before ordering or installing. We may update, suspend or discontinue a product or feature; where the law requires it, we will provide a remedy for affected paid orders.
6. Cancellation, refunds and remedies
You keep the mandatory consumer rights that apply to your order. Because digital licenses are supplied immediately, statutory withdrawal rights may not apply once delivery has begun with your consent. If a paid license is not delivered, or does not conform to its offer, contact support with your order reference. Where a refund is due, it is made to the original payment method where possible, or as agreed with support for crypto payments.
7. Restrictions and review
We may restrict a claim or license where we identify a breach of these terms, fraud, a compromised account, a payment reversal or abuse of the free-license campaign. If you believe a decision is wrong, contact support with your claim or order reference.
8. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or compatibility with future game versions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
9. Changes and questions
